20% off on rooms on Sundays to Thursdays.
15% off on rooms on Fridays to Saturdays.
(Including holidays and long weekend holiday)

Priority on room availability and Check-in.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS:

KSRS loyalty reward plus is a privilege card granted to loyal guest with an accumulated stay of three (3) times within the twelve (12) month period.(Direct Booking)
The loyalty reward plus is an individual membership program and renewable every two (2) years.
To qualify on the privilege discount, booking payment should be made under one name.
The membership card is valid only for Individual whose name is enrolled under the loyalty program and is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchange to cash or gift check.
KSRS reserves the right to delete membership with no recorded stay for the past twelve (12) months.
Non-credit or value is given on any rooms booked by family or friends using card holder’s account.
KSRS has the right to revoke the membership card for any suspected fraud, tampering, misconduct, theft or falsification of information.
KSRS membership card has no monetary value.
KSRS membership card is not applicable on group tour arrangements.
Adjustments on room discounts automatically applies to KSSR loyalty card members in conjunction of any hotel promo including government mandated discounts.

Requirements for Membership Card:

All program information such as membership status, renewal, promotions and or updates will be sent to the members by the hotel’s Front Service Officer Supervisor.
Members are requested to always have their membership card number with them when placing reservations and must present card with identification during check in.
Qualified individual who is enlisted on the program is required to submit proof of identifications (Drivers License and Government issued ID) before Membership card will be released.
Redemption on KSSR Loyalty Reward Plus Card can be claimed at the Resort’s Front desk
